Stuart Fox has been composing for TV and Film for a number of years now with his first full length commercial feature (Freak Out) hitting the stores this summer.

Freak Out Talk
keep an eye out in just about very major publication and on MTV UK as promotion starts to roll out mid May. Keep your ear tuned to the Joe Whiley show on BBC radio 1 too for some super FREAK OUT coverage.


'Don't panic I'm islamic' was broadcast on BBC3 in April and received a great amount of positive feedback. Thanks to all those who watched it and passed comment. This documentary told the story of one woman's quest to become PR for islam. The program featured a score for the cartoon 'Mighty Mecca Morfin' Muslims' by Fox.

Freak Out the movie is released in the UK on the Anchor bay label on May the 29th on special edition DVD. U.S./Canada date coming V.SOON!

The End A Film by George Hopkin, Directed by K Akeseh Tsakpo is currently in post production. It will be broadcast on ITV shortly and will be doing the film festival circuit.

Bio

Stuart Fox (b 1979, currently living in Gloucester UK) was educated at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama based in Cardiff Castle, Wales, UK and graduated with a BA Music (with an academic prize). He is currently half way through a part time Masters in Music course at RWCMD.

Since graduating Stuart has provided his own unique brand of music for television and film, working with award winning directors / writers and documentary film makers.

Stuart works in a wide variety of musical styles and his past work has included traditional orchestral scores, soundtrack songs encapsulating a specific era, far eastern moods and children's animation.

Stuart's work on TV projects is testament to the range of styles at the disposal of this dynamic composer. Able to work under pressure and with virtually any budget, Stuart, being a multi instrumentalist is able to provide performances on a variety of instruments where time is tight, thus a fast job is not a compromised one.
